The Gallery Players’ first production for the 2020-2021 season is Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella!




Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella is the new Broadway adaptation of the classic musical. This contemporary take on the classic tale features Rodgers & Hammerstein's most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It's Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” alongside an up-to-date, hilarious and romantic libretto by Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane.

We are extremely excited for our first in person auditions in over a year!

As diverse casting is encouraged, persons of all ethnic origins, and social backgrounds are invited to audition.

Audition Requirements:
- Please bring your vaccination card OR a mask. (Or both!) You must have one of these in order to audition, as the safety of our other auditionees, creative team, and board members are of the utmost importance to us.

- You only need to come to one night of auditions (the 26th or 27th).

- Prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song from 1920-1965. Please provide your own sheet music in a binder.

- Please wear or bring a change of clothes and footwear that you will be able to move in for the dance portion. You will learn and subsequently perform a combination.

- Callbacks will be held on Wednesday the 28th. Callback notices will be emailed to you no later than the morning of the 28th If you get a callback, please come ready to perform cold readings. Sides will be provided for you at the theatre. If you do not receive a callback notice, please do not assume that means you are not being cast!
